TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Returned Goods:
All sent items can be returned within 14 days of dispatch date. All parts are in used condition but they all checked before removing from car and also we check them before posting. All items have security permanent marking as well as UV pen marking if any of this missing on return

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN and there is no exception to this rule. Please make sure that you check part number before buying if not sure please email or call first. All goods correctly supplied and subsequently not required, may only be returned by our agreement. If incorrect part ordered, returns can be accepted but minus postage expenses and 25% handling fee, ALSO YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE, ANY ITEMS RETURNED DAMAGED DO NOT GET REFUNDED.

All parts must be checked for any damage in transit upon arrival, BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM. We can not refund or exchange any parts damaged in transit if signed for in good order. No items will be accepted for return without a Returns Authorisation Number. This can be obtained by contacting us.

RETURNS ACCEPTED IF GOODS ARE NOT WORKING/FAULTY, THEY ARE SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE.
You may return an item which was damaged or faulty when delivered for a full refund. Refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as faulty. You must notify us of the issue within 7 working days of delivery

Compatibility of parts:
We won’t take any responsibility for the compatibility of parts unless we have explicitly said it will fit.

Our Listing policy:
All parts are for sale exactly as shown on the picture.
NS is Nearside, Left, or the passenger side in the UK.
OS is offside, right, or drivers side in the UK.
